planets go berserk

hmm I dont think my post went in the right forum... I will never get this forum ^^
anyway here I go again

after I instlled the patch I noticed that the white rectangle that shows which square I have selected on a planet, blinks very irregular. and the planets up in the left corner spins in many directions and fast! even blinks and dissapears sometimes..

and when I am going to the shipyard screen, the ships and space background is also behaving that way. even when I am going to upgrade a space station its doing that. please help!
