How do you get out of stacked unit screen?

Hi guys. New to the game. Just played a few nights without sleep. I have this really annoying problem where when I have multiple fleets/units stacked on top of each other, I can't seem to choose one of the fleets/units and drill down into it to upgrade, band/disband, etc. I have to move the unit so nothing is stacked to be able to do this. I tried everything. Is there a way to do this without having to move units and waste move points?

Yeah thats the BIG problem now. We just have to wait for 1.1 patch

The only way I've found is to move the fleets off of each other. It's also a problem with just one fleet of constructors. You can't get to the upgrade/construct/destroy/etc screen w/o removing one from the fleet and moving it off the same tile.

It kind of makes sense anyway (for upgrades). A fleet wouldn't stop while a member of its outfit is being re-outfitted with new components. It would either disband, leave it behind, or wait for it to catch up and rejoin the fleet. Remember that upgrading any ship renders it useless while it's being worked on (try not to do it when far from home) and makes it completely vulnerable. A fleet, on the other hand, is an organized military force that requires combat-effectiveness. No good having a member of your fleet incapacitated.

The only thing is that you can't start the upgrade on the same tile, but you can always move your fleet over the upgrading ship to protect it.

This is a BIG issue for me. I noticed right on my first game I've been asking about it ever since. I was told this will be fixed in the 1.1 patch. *fingers crossed*
