Capitals Affected by Tile Bonuses?

So if I have a 700% bonus to manufacturing in a particular tile, is it better fro me to build the Manufacturing Capital on top of it or put the Manuf. Capital in some other tile and build an Industrial Sector on it?

ie, will the capital be affected by the tile bonus (how?)?

I think the manufacturing capital boosts the output of the factories themselves, as in that Progenitor Mine you're sitting on (%700) will affect the 10mp output of the factory you put on it (now 70mp), which in turn will be affected by the manufacturing capital boost.

I dont thinhk the manufacturing capital boost you are given will be multiplied by 700% if you plant the capital on it... that would be nuts... awesome, definately, but nuts...

Feel free though, To prove us wrong by saving your game, Buying a factory there and comparing the results with an MFG capital

i actually made the mistake of putting a mining capital on a 300% manf. tile..... no massive bonus since the capital has no production value of it's own.
