Invalid Serial #

I have tried to update to 1.0x several times. Spent 2hours cutting and paste to " activate" e-mail address sepcified in this forum.

No luck. Please revise your update procedure to allow for auto update, or at the least provide a working e-mail address.

It's [email protected]. I've seen 2 other threads where people were saying it's activation@. And manually emailed ones have to be processed by support during working hours.
