Is it me or is the Dominon Of Korx easily manipulated?

With me leaning toward evil with 50% bonus to economy (I assume this helps my diplo with the Korx since they are the Frengi of Galciv2) my relations with the Korx is warm. The point of this post is, whenever anyone is giving me a problem I just sick my rabid attack dog (The Korx) on them for a few thousand BC and they are forced to back off. I am playing on "tough" which is they are all on intelligent so I assume the comuter is "smart" enough to realized it is being used or not.

Is this by design or a flaw in the AI?

The Korx are easier to manipulate.  In Altarian Prophecy, they were puppets of the Drath.

You haven't read the Dominion of Korx's description, have you? They're the ultimate mercenaries and will do anything for a profit. If it means fighting proxy wars, they're up for it.

I have yet to play a game where I don't pay the Korx to attack someone every few months. Its fun and it keeps everyone busy attacking someone who's not me.

I'm really happy that ninlarr experience has proven that AI races have their own specificity.Frogboy can i ask you another question about Korx (which is my favourite race)? In race description Korx have strong economy and high defection rate. Should i assume that this high defection rate is a penalty to loyalty or what?

You can think of it that way.

My current game I'm in serious danger as the Korx cause the damn Humans are spreading influence bases everywhere, and I can't buy an Ally (my military isn't strong enough to win the war right now- I can outlast the damn humans, but I'd suffer too much of a bloody nose in the process, so I'm stuck playing cold war-style warfare, which isn't to my advantage due to map position and all the others who surrendered to them.)
