I was able to download and install the main game from stardock but when I try to install Tutorials, Movies, or Multimedia I keep getting the same error message, "-14 the url is invalid" and "Installation Failed (32)." So now my game runs but there is no sound or movies.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game but it doesn't seem to do anything. Does anybody have any advice?
