Invalid Serial Number????

I'm not sure if this is the exact place to post - but I've literally just bought the game (Collectors Edition) from GAME, in Loughborough, Leics, UK, and it won't let me update it, either from the site here OR through Stardock Central - Stardock Central seems to think that the serial number is invalid? I checked it numerous times and know that what I'm putting in is exactly whats on the back of the manual...

Help??? ?
