How to address bugs?

I think this game is rather solid, seeing as how no bug has actually prevented me from playing. However, I continually run into the strangest little bugs that I am sure wouldn't be too difficult to fix. Stardock has done an outstanding job at providing support, and I am no longer willing to just complain about every little bug on the forum. I want to make sure that I have all the info needed to get my bugs fixed. What is the correct way to post a bug? Please be specific.

My game keeps shutting down on me. At first it would shut down my computer in mid play..now it wont boot up past the load page.

Soon after i posted this I went to the FAQ page and saw the thing about video card drivers...went to the site of my card downloaded latest version and fixed everything.
