Rejects serial so no update

Just bought game, STARDOCK refuses the serial number printed on my manual, so can't patch, Ive triple checked the serial number which starts: GC2-

Bought the game yesterday have serial number from the CD case, I have put it in and it won't work, just says that the serial number hasn't been registered.

what can i do

Please check that you aren't typing the letter O where it should be the number 0 or the like. If you are still having trouble, email the code to [email protected] and I'll take a look.
