Serial Number Swap for Paradox(Europe)

I bought the European version of Galactic Civ II and am trying to download the update. I follow the links to the Serial number swap for Paradox(Europe) page and enter the Collectors Edition Code begining with GC2- along with my e-mail address, but when I submit the information a message appears saying "The serial number I have entered does not match and data that is in our system. Please verify that you typed it in correctly."

I have verified the code several time, but without any luck in downloading the patch. Has anyone had this experience as well. Does anyone know who I can contact to solve this issue?

Look out for 0 and O characters in your number. They're looking very similar and may be confused . (At least this happend to silly me)

Stardock should have thought of the O-0 issue. More lack of forethought on their part. I'm also having trouble with these serial numbers, but as I can't even get the game working I'm not even going to bother about that yet!
