Download SDC at http://storage.stardock.com/files/sdcentral_setup.exe if you don't have it. Install it and register your GC2 serial by going to Tools menu->Register Products. Then go to the Games section on the main screen, you should see GalCiv2 listed under a 'Purchased Software' heading, simply select it and click the Update button that appears next to it.
