No way to decommission captured "X" Capitals

When you capture an alien world, if it has one of the following buildings:
- Economic Capital
- Research Capital
- Manufacturing Capital

you cannot decommission them. This is particularly annoying when the dumbass aliens built a Research Capital on a planet with no research buildings. It would be nice if the Decommission option was available when you click on these types of structures.

I agree, would be also good for if you built one of these on one of your own planets only to find a better candidate in the future. Hopefully this ability will be added in a future update.

To add to this. You can't decommission the superprojects either. Would be nice to be able to change the junk they build.

Unless you are finding them built on PQ 4-6 planets, considering the bonuses that those improvements give you, why wouldn't you just build the right stuff to go with the improvements rather than tearing them down.

On the gripping hand, have you tried upgrading over the capital buildings, that might work. You could do that before the last patch. I haven't tried it since.

As far as supper projects go, don't they give you some game score points? Maybe not.

Upon consideration, the judges rule that Franco fx wins on points due to excellent use of Larry Niven reference.

I find this most annoying when there is a 300% manufacturing bonus and the AI built a technological capital on it. I'd much rather have a factory on it then that stupid capital. And I can't nuke the capital!

You should only be allowed one capital pre race. The capitals you get from invading should be destroyed in my view.In fact capitals seem a exploit for the user, as the A.I just places them random it seems.

Gotta tell ya, just don't agree. Nope siree, don't agree... enough bushisms...

I aim for those worlds in particular when I am invading. Especially if I have a force of warships that does not have supremacy over the other race (by supremacy at least a 2-1 technology and force hit points). The AI is smart in this game, if you wax its top couple of planets, you maybe hurting but from what I have seen, even the Drengin stop and pause and wheedle their way out of trying to go all out with you.

Lastly, quite simply, without the bonuses they provide there is no freaking way I could win at the intelligent level or above right now. Given that I know that, I protect them little rinky-dink minors until I can... fully exploit them unlike the UP seems to think I do otherwise. Yes, I keep them as safe as I can until they build their world well... my way!
