When i want to scroll the description of a bonus tile to see what kind of improvement to put on it, the scroll arrows don't work. So I have to guess what goes there by what its bonus is.

I have this problem too. The scroll buttons on the tile viewer don't work at all. Unfortunate, but I wouldn't have even discovered the problem if I weren't so eager to read Stardock's great descriptions!
