If you have problems with the tutorial videos, here is a workaround.
I myself had a wierd stutter in those videos (my specs are probably too low).
Anyway navigate to:
- http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm and download "The Rad Video Tools".
- When installed you can open the tutorials by clicking the .bik files in: \Galactic Civilizations 2\Gfx\Tutorials
