Monitor Out of SYNC! HELP

Just changed resolution :(

Damn im an idiot, i changed the resolution in the game from 1024 * 768 to 1200 * 800
just to see what i does ..

And now i have the problem when i run the game, an out of sync message appears on my monitor and the screen stays black. I cant play the game anymore

Is there a config file somewhere where i can rewrite the settings via editor ?

A reinstalation didnt work either

My Documents\My Games\GalCiv2 and there should be a prefs.ini file there
