LOst planets

I updated galciv2 to 1.0x and now i don't have any planet images on the map.

"planet images on the map"? Are you referring to the main screen or the minimap?

If you're referring to not being able to see stars,planets on the main screen, please be sure you've set your language settings to US-English (trust me on this one) in the control panel.

i have the same problem but i also can see ships ? and where shjould i change language ? its not in the game options

I wish I could do that to my planets. Then the AI wouldn't know where to send their excess transports.

Please make sure your video drivers are up to date.

You can try adjusting the "Tactical Map Zoom Level" in the Interface tab of the options screen.
Around 25 is the default.

You may also want to try the "Disable Hardware Transform and Lighting" and "Disable Planet Textures" options in the Video tab.

ok now it seems to be ok

the problem was the language of windows.you have to set it on english(u.s.) from control panel

clik on second link for see the stamp.you have to clik on the signed icon.the in the first window set english(u.s.).
