I did follow those instructions. The only question I have is regarding "resize" options. I clicked to not resize, and perhaps it just uploaded the thumbnail within my "My pictures" folder rather than the whole image, which should be much larger. Like I siad, I'll try to reupload later. I'm really proud of my Birds of Prey

No do not resize. Just upload and follow the instructions and the link will provide you with the code for a thumbnail for website. Ignore the links under the picture and you want the very top link created.

I tried Image shack again. No luck. I'll try the library . Thanks for the help though

Here are my ship designs from my Terran Ascendancy civ. (So far at least.) I'm only up to medium hulls right now.
Altarian type, 1.0X, No mods. In order in which I designed them (only four so far, heh)

The Ascendancy isn't a very aggresive race so I only have one type of ship designed for combat so far. They're researchers mostly... Of course with alliances then comes war... Also probably don't have anymore designs so far since each of my ships filled their role so well.. Heh.. ^^'' Now.. Lets see if I can do this image thing right...

Trade Runner - Speedy freighter / blockade runner.


Outpost Constructor - Answer to the slowness of Constructor ships.


Gaurdian Class Frigate - Basis of the Ascendancy Navy (Actually the only ships that aren't Gaurdians are about three defenders floatin' around my home systems... lol.


Assualt Transport - Now you don't have to worry about the issues caused by havin' two billion troops cooped up in a ship for three or four months! Now it's only about a month at most! ^^''

Fresh: Purple Slimes (Secretcow) brings to mind a Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy feel

I really, REALLY enjoyed your ship designs, just to let you know! Your work is in my top 10 favorite original designs. Keep 'em coming. What was your inspiration for making these? Thank you for the kind words about my Firefly. Making the back end was really tough and I'm still not entirely pleased with it. Though I was able to implement some really specific and accurate pieces on the ship. The two red lights on antennae on the right side of the ship are precisely accurate, as is the side shielding on the front cockpit. Also I was able to accurately model one of the two wires that run from the back of the ship to the little nub above the engine AND I was most pleased with how I was able to get the windows to show up roughly where they are in the middle of the Firefly.

I for some reason cant see Hitodama's designs....anyone know why? I am working myself on getting off my lazy butt and showing off some of mine too, so soon I shall show them to you, I have about 15 designs to show.

I made this as a freighter using Kryo's mod, but had to uninstall it as it was a bit much for my video card

I got the Kryo's Hull Mod thing. Here's a colony ship I made with it. Early game. (I coulnd't find the blank hulls when i went to design this ship though... They were there yesterday...

This may have already been answered, but is there a way to practice with the ship designer outside of an actual campaign? I've just picked up the game and have literally only played for about 2 hours, but I'm dying to try my hand at ship-designing.
