Freezing Tutorial Videos

Whenever I try to run the Tutorial videos, they freeze every time after about 10 seconds of video play, and occasionally, continue later on. The voice explaining thing continues as well, but It's difficult to see what it's talking about with no video. Can anyone help me?

Could you open the game, watch a video until it freezes, then exit and post your debug.err file located in the GCII directory here?

You could also send that into [email protected] with a reference to this thread if you prefer.
