Where oh where has my fleet manager gone...

I can't seem to find the Hyperion Fleet Manager anywhere on the tech tree, although it's in the manual and wiki -- was it removed?

That gives the Hyperion Fleet Defense (which ignores logistics for fleet formations in orbit on defense)

What i'm looking for is the Hyperion Fleet Manager -- which acts as an Orbital Fleet Manager on all planets

I too would like to know where this can researched. I have looked everywhere, and obviously I must be missing something. I can find the Orbital Fleet Manager and the Hyperion Fleet Defense, but Hyperion Fleet Manager has alluded me.

GalCiv2\MetaverseData\English\PlanetImprovements.xml

That was removed during Gamma and the Omega Fleet Defense got renamed Hyperion Fleet Defense. Was very confusing for me at the time

And yes, it was my favorite wonder at the time.

So, only useful version of Orbital Fleet manager (the free orbital manager) got removed duting beta?
Pity...

But I guess it was too powerful in hand of human players who don't like to waste slots for Orbital manager on all planets...
