Ships after the patch...

I spent tons of time to create custom ships for my custom race... Now after dling the patch, those are all messed up... That *really* annoys me. Anything I can do about that (the ships rather than my annoyance... well, maybe both)

They said in the patch info posted here that they had to make some changes to the code to better able support ships transferring with future upgrades of the game. In the future, you should not loose any designs, but I think you are out of luck with this change.
