Help please

I have just got the game and its working great. However the movies are very jerky, so were the tutorials but by playing them in the full screen mode they smoothed out, as i'm already playing the game in full screen mode can anyone help me with what settings i should change to get the movies to run smoother.

My specs:

Pentium4 2.8Ghz
512Mb RAM
GeForce Fx 5200

Any help would be appreciated.

First question is always *have you updated your video drivers recently?* Beyond that make sure you don't have any other programs running in the background. Things like AIM and antivirus software are notorious for stealing CPU cycles and causing other programs to gitter. Beyond those things there is always the chance you've got a bunch of spyware or adware slowing your maching down. There are programs available to clear those out if you can't find any other causes for your slowdowns. There are a set of new graphics options in the latest patch you can try to help improve your frame rate as well. I'd suggest you just change one at a time to see if it improves your situation.

A clear answer would be to lower down anti-aliasing settings on OPTIONS==>VIDEO , on the Video Options tab , right below the Resolution settign there you can play with your settigns until that "jerky lag" goes away. Looking at your computer specs I see you have a 5200 nvidia card, so i recomend puting your setting to 2x Anti Aliasing or lower.

Like Monclova34 mentioned, please try turning down your anti-aliasing.

For the tutorials, you can also view them in full-screen by checking the "Full Screen" checkbox. This may help play them more smoothly.

I have the same video card and the videos only played for me on an AA setting less than 4.
