Just Below Min. Specs. (PIII 733)

Hey guys,

Newbie here, my current computer is just below the Minimum Requirements. I have a PIII-733, 512MB RAM, with a GeForce2. Will I have problems playing this game or will it be okay, maybe just a little slow?

I will be getting a new rig very soon (in 1-2 weeks) for Non-Linear Editing and Oblivion so for sure it'll run on that computer but I was just so gosh darn excited about this game I had to buy it before I got my rig.

You will be missing some of the graphical bits as the GF2 can't support them (though there have been links to some sort of driver-fakeout app that would try to let DirectX do some of them in software). I wouldn't encourage playing on the larger maps, but you should be able to run fine. Just slower.

Yeah, you're gonna have to play zoomed out a lot.

Thanks Nakor and TXFRaven! As long as it runs I am a happy PantlessOne and I'll suck it up a bit on the graphics for now but I'll be getting my new rig soon!

I'm so excited and I just can't hide it, I'm about to lose control and I think I like it!
