Heh, how do you update the game? :D

I went to grab the new update, having registered my serial number when I installed it. When I went to 'Update Game' on the launcher, it brought me to the site to download it. I click the link and it asks me to put in my serial number. When I put it in, it says I've already put it in.

There's no in-game option to update the game, so how do you do it? I am probably completely daft.

You should have Stardock Central installed. If not, do so. Then register the game in there.
Then you simply just click on Galactic Civ 2 and if there is an update available you click the Update button next to it and it does all the work and will tell you when it's done.

Which of the two boxes are you putting your serial number in? Even if you have a collector's edition of the game, you need to put it in the regular serial number box. It'll still know that it is a collector's edition and give you the updates and content. I guess stardock central would work, I haven't tried it yet.

Haha, cool, I figured it out. I did have to grab Stardock Central and I forgot one of the characters in the serial number, so now it's updated.
