Registration & Metaverse Login Problems

Hey guys,

Bought the game the other day, couldn't get it to authenticate and had the tech team do it manually, so now I can logon and such through the webpage... but... I can't download updates. It say my serial isn't registered and I can't seem to find where to get that done. Also when I was being authenticated my nick is/was Kr@k3r ... can't use an @ sign on the metaverse login... anyone else run into these problems or is it just my bad luck?
