Playing as the Dreadlords

Will it ever be possible to actually play as the Dreadlord race itself?

Also, where are the Arnor, why did the Dread return but not the Arnor?

From what I have read about the Dreadlord's ships in some of the posts, I really can not see much hope in playing as them (though I can see a slim chance of playing the Arnor since the Dreadlords nearly wiped them out).
