Will there be a strategy guide?

Hello,

I am new to this series, and this type of game. When I read the reviews it looked very interesting, but now that I have played it I am very overwhelmed by how in depth this game really is. Will you be releasing a strategy guide for this game? I am unable to find one in the store.

You probably won't find one in the stores, but there will certainly be strategy threads here in the forum and on the wiki.

Hi, this is the first time I have ever posted any thing on the internet, so I do not exaclty know what I am doing. I have played the first Gal Civ, MoO3, and the first four Space Empires and I am really looking forward to playing Gal Civ 2 (I do not own it yet, but I plan on getting it for my birthday). To the point; I hope that there will be a strategy guide for Gal Civ 2 in the stores. As much as I like reading your guy's posts online, I need an actual book for instructions, or else I go bonkers!

I don't think there are any plans for it. As the game progresses though there will be a large amount of strat threads. Cut and paste...

One problem with a printed strategy guide for a game like this is the game is evolving and changing. Stats of ships or techs can change with updates. The mechanics of how things work may be changed over time through updates. What to write about is a moving target.
