Problem with Posting on Forum

Everytime I try to post on one of the other topic (example Modding), it always posts my message on the top CalCiv II forum instead and does not post in the appropriate topic forum. I am selecting the right topic from the drop down list. What's goin on.. NEED HELP!!! I want to join the community, but i'm still waiting at the door knocking. LET ME IN!!! I'll BE NICE...
