Clever rotation system with mouse, but…

First, great job on the game!!
We all know that in each of the ship display panels, you can rotate the ship around intuitively by holding the middle mouse button and dragging in the window. What took me a few minutes to realize however that the direction of rotation is dependent on where on the ship display screen you are clicking.
See this link for details:
If you drag around in the upper portion, the ship rotates in accordance with your mouse, while dragging in the lower portion reverses the change in orientation. I am assuming this must be by design, but shouldn’t the areas be of equal proportions? I prefer dragging from the lower box myself (rotating from the upper box feels backwards), but sometimes I miss it and run into the upper area since the lower region is so small.
Does anyone else share my view, or am I just being a nuisance? : )

Hmm. Now after playing, there are now only one region (using the proper changes in orientation). I've seen this happen on every ship display screen. I wonder if it occurs until a reload. I will post if it get the problem back during this same game.
