Ideas that would be nice to see in GC2

Been playing GC2 for about 3 days straight now and i've noticed something.... There's a whole lot of space out there in the game.
The game needs gas nebulas, worm holes, white stars, and well anything to obstruct ship movement in a given area to create some sort of logistical problem or natural defensive barriers for the players & the AI to manuver around.
I'm a big fan of Famous people that give bonuses (either as governors of a planet or starbase or starships).
A better Spy system.
Well hopefully some of you other folks agree with me, and if enough of us pettition maybe they'll put it in a patch or put it in an expansion!!!

. But it's true. I like the idea of random events, "heroes" and map unique features. Nebulaes and asteroid fields should be easy to implement in terms of gameplay (speed slowdown). Heroes would be probably harder. And events well... it depends how they affect the game.
