confused about StardockCentral - where to get patches?

Hello, I am still trying to DL galciv2 from stardock's servers after having purchased it on this site. I see that I can, in 4 different steps, DL the game, the tutorials, the movies, and the media. Sounds ok, if a lot and kind of slow.
Yet nowhere do I see any "patch" that I am supposed to download. Am I completely dense, or where should I be getting that?

the patch is the main galciv2 file, the slightly older one has been replaced by the newer version

oh also if you need to patch to the most recent version it will show your current version and then the latest version next to that, and an update button

Ravenous16th - You should have gotten the email within a few minutes at most. I see that you're using Hotmail, so you may want to check your Junk Mail folder in case your receipts are getting blocked. I've checked and your GalCiv II purchase has gone through.

the first purchase must not have gone through, while i was killing time, i found a lil look up thing i wish i had known about earlier , and it sent me an email without any seriel keys in it, so i placed the order once more and got that page and tried that once more with a seriel key !

the first time i tried to make the order, when i clicked check out I was back at the first page of the transaction.. guessing that it all timed out? but yah, I put the order through again and its all good, thanks!

I already have all the files needed to play there is a torrent out there that i snagged while i was waiting now off to install!
