I received a message that the drengin were going through a change and that they had changed from evil to good - after they had long disappeared from the Galaxy. Is this because they went to Hell and decided that was not where they wanted to live and changed to good so they could get to Heaven>

The other interesting message I received was that the Iconians had a Tech level of 2007 and I had a Tech Level of 2321. Two turns later I received a message that included the information that I was at Tech level 104 - which is reasonable. The other numbers don't make sense.
