I cannot install GalCiv2...Stardock is giving an error!

Hello all, I am having some serious error with Stardock Central. When I try to instal lthe game file, SD central always hangs up at SDNetLib.dll [99% installation]. From that point SD is "Not responding". I have Windows XP + SP2. Any idea what is wrong? I downloaded the latest SD central of course..
