Exploit (kind of)

After seeing the AI buy an influence starbase from another, I got to thinking, how to exploit this...yup, once the influence wars got going I bought out his influence bases. Ouch. I haven't moved up to intelligent, but it works at lower difficulties.

Holy CRAP, I NEVER would've thought of buying starbases! I've always gotten ticked off when the AI gets all the starbases. Now I have a way to get some more without using brute force.

But this seems like one of the things they really dont like trading to me. I had a torn in my side influence starbase and they wouldn't trade it no matter what. But I came up with another idea, make another race declare war on the guys with the starbase and give them a ship next to it Using other races to do your dirty work is great!

Yeah the drengins are usually always up for attacking someone for a few bucks around 500gc is usually enough or a crappy tech or two.
