Im having a very hard time trying to understand this game because of the very bad stuttering from tutorial. Is there any possible way to fix this? Im running on a:

AMD XP 2200+
Nvidia Geforce FX 5500 128mb
Directx 9.0c
512 ddr ram.

I should be able to play these movies with no problem. Is there something that has to be change in the resolution? Down grading the anti-aliasing from 4x to 0 stop the stuttering for the most part but if set to 0 it won't show the actions of the movies. Its just a "still screen" Only thing active is the lady talking. I bought this from retail and did not download, so unsure if its a retail thing or not. Id love to play this game but not being able to watch tutorials has become a very annoying problem. If anyone has had this problem and fixed it somehow, plz reply.

It won't help your "in-game" experience, but if you download the RAD Video Tools (http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm) you can watch the tutorials outside the game. I have very bad "stuttering" in-game (but my CPU / GPU are low end), but outside they are 99% smooth.

I had a similar problem with my GForce 5200 video card. By turning off the anti-aliasing (like you said) and setting the video resolution to 1024x768 I was able to make the problem go away. You might want to try turning down the resolution to something kind of low (maybe 800x600) to see if it will anti-alias and not stutter. Good luck.

I had the same problem in my retail version, even with anti-aliasing off and resolution set correctly. After downloading the upgrade and running in full screen mod the tutorials ran fine. Note: upgarding the retail version has been recommended elsewhere in these forums by Stardock. I hope this helps.
