3danalyzer windowed

Somebody put up a link for 3d Analyzer. It works great and now I have textured goodness. The only catch is, I cant figure out how to get the game to run with the windowed parameter. I created a shortuct and added the windowed parameter easily. 3d Analyzer doesnt allow me to add a paramter as far as I can tell. So does anyone know how to do this? Allow me to execute GC2 with 3d Analyzer and a windowed parametr?

I put the link up on the site initially. You can play in windowed mode within the settings of GalCiv2. You don't need to use the windowing parameter in 3DAnalyzer
