No middle mouse button = no rotate function?

Did you really not put in any hotkeys for rotate?

So like many players out there, I use a common 2 button mouse with a scroll wheel.
How am I supposed to rotate the camera view if I don't have a middle mouse button?
Did you really leave out a rotate left/right hotkey or did you just forget to mention it in the manual?

I think if you hold down the left and right mouse buttons, I does the same as the middle mouse button.

Pressing down the scroll wheel == middle mouse button. This has been standard practice with scrollwheel mice for a long, long time now.

I have a worse problem. I use an ancient touchpad I've grown to love built into my keyboard. It has neither a middle mouse button, nor a wheel. Have no idea how to zoom in and out. Hoping to find a simple fix.
