Old (upgraded) designs still showing in build menu

I'm getting some weird results in the planetary Ship Build Menu. Old designs that I have since upgraded with better tech are showing up. So one of my designs, the Ferox III, is showing up twice. One of them is the old design, and the other is the new (current) design.

I've included a link to a screenshot that demonstrates this. You can see that Ferox III and Strucius I both appear twice.

To make this even stranger, the old designs do not appear when I go into Shipyard.

I have this problem as well. Where they show up is when you want to:

*upgrade your ship

* build ships but from the galaxy map instead of from the colony screen


Its driving me crazy!

I'm pretty sure it's a known bug. Obsolete ships are only hidden in the Shipyard screen for now.

I get this when I upgrade a ship and name it the same. Example upgradein ship mark 4 and saving the ship as ship mark 4. Hopefully fixed in next weeks patch.
