Did I miss out on the collector's edition?

I pre-ordered my game from SD way back in March when pre-orders first came out. I thought I was pre-ordering the full game, but when I looked at my confirmation e-mail, it didn't list any shipping/handling. It was the only pre-order option available at the time...

Did I miss out on getting the physical collector's edition, or a physical edition at all?

if you ordered the download version you can ask for a physical copy from stardock just have to pay for shipping

It says a lot about a company when the head honcho comes and answers customer service questions.

It's why I pre-ordered the game a year in advance.
