I have an approval bonus square on my home planet. Will building an Entertainment Network there allow me to use the bonus?

Also, is there a search button for the forums that I'm missing?

Hi thanks, that confused me as well. Partly because the symbols are different (approval bonus blue water and moral happy yellow face). I think they should fix that.
