Good and Evil, is there a scale? Porpaganda?

Ok guys I have 2 questions, first is there a scale for your evil/good choice? For exemple is destroying some old ruins less evil than enslaving the population? Or is it all the same?
And about propaganda, they talk about it in the manual but I never saw it in game, is it only for evil civs?

"Propaganda" was removed from the game for balancing reasons, it will most likely be put back in once we have it done in a way that is actually fun.

Yes there is a good and evil, however there is know way for the player to know. You can however look at your "alignment" in the Civ Manager and see were you stand on the slider. And estimate how evil or good what ever you are doing is buy checking it again after you make your ethical decisions.

Ok thanks for the quick reply, so there is a scale but what I want to know, is it a fixed one or is it kind of random? I'm asking because it would make sense for me that enslaving, destroying people homes is more evil than just disposing some old ruins, so you should get less evil point for destroying the ruins. Is that correct?
