Game availability?

There are issues in Canada...bad issues. I recommend they ditch 2K and find a worthy publisher next time.

Some people ar seeing them at Walmart. Check there if you don't mind supporting an evil empire

Ok... I know I can hit Walmart and buy the download. I'm not asking where to get it. Cause like I said, I know it is finally available at Best Buy. I've already FULLY paid for a copy via EB Games.

I'm asking if there is any known issues with stocking/shipping in the Dallas area, or specifically with EB/Gamestop.

It's not "finally available" at Best Buy because the two BB's in Portland, OR still haven't gotten it.

Yea im in the same boat. The good news is that the Best Buy in Bend, Oregon said they ordered a few copies. Tomorrows friday and i have a good feeling that they will be in.

Of the 6 BBs I'm willing to travel to in Dallas area... 4 have at least 1 copy. At most, one BB had 3 copies... ALL regular edition.

So i'm crossing fingers and toes that EB games gets their Collector's Editions in, so I can finally check out this baby!!

It looks like just about everyone is having trouble stocking it at retail. It sucks.

The local Gamestop where I have it completely paid off is waiting for it to arrive still. They said it isn't on their shipping list for at least the next two days.

As a previous poster said, just be thankful you dont live in canada, all the stores around me are saying they *might* have it in by NEXT friday, but most likely not until the week after...and with shipping the download + box comes out to more than 20$ extra canadian then it will when it finally comes out here so..no

Thanks for the reply Frogboy. Yeah, I can imagine for you guys it can be a little frustrating to read the game you just slaved over, put blood sweat and tears into... is not reaching the people clamoring for it!

On my way home, stopped at a Walmart, Target, and a Gamestop- nada, zip, zilch. In fact, the Gamestop guy said he has it in the computer, but it still has a date on it. He said that usually means that company that supplies the stores hasn't even got the games in.

It's a dark day for the rebellion.

Today was day two in my search. I tried EB, Gamestop and Best Buy in another city since I was in the area. No game in the Delaware/Maryland eastern shore area yet

Indeed you can. But since the "collector's version of basic version" thingy posted on the main page doesn't refer to ALL sold games, I have no guarantee that I can get the collector's edition. Where as, my pre-order through EB guarantees me that... just have to wait more than i'd like.

Meh. I'm just extremely bugged that Gamestop has said...like...zip. Zero. Nada. About anything. I mean...honestly...the only thing I've seen is an update of GC2 to the 24th on the Coming Soon on their main page. And they haven't bothered updating anything else on GC2. I honestly have no idea what to think. But I'm willing to wait it out.

I understand that all EB retail outlets on planets with PQ of 25 or higher got the game in stock yesterday.
