Can you please post soft copy of the tech tree or enable full screen tech tree view?

I downloaded the game yesterday without any problems and played it for a few hours. One of the things that made it difficult for me to play was not always seeing the "big picture" technology wise. The tech tree is a lot bigger then in CIV4 and it does not allow for easy scrolling through the entire path. Viewing the future techs is a bit difficult since you can't maximize the tree and see it only in the window with is 1/3 of the screen.

That being the case, can you please post a soft copy of the entire tree or make a change in the UI to enable full screen tech tree view?

Dude,

You CAN view the tech tree full screen. Just go to the bottom left of the research screen and click the more button. The tree will take up your hole screen and you can move through it like the main map. Click and drag.

But does the full tech tree show things like how many more components are needed to unlock a core ship design? Ran into that late last night, but didn't have time to dig into the research tree further to see if the "4 technologies needed" message was better explained.

Oh, and use that "More" button on that screen, along with the filter buttons in the lower right corner, to make the tree easier to navigate.

i love the fact that i can print these out on Tabloid paper (11*17) on the 6figure xerox publishing printers @ work! who needs to wait for the box with the printouts to arrive!? oh and was up till 3am last night even w/ work today as well

Can you zoom in and out on the in-game version of the tech tree? I haven't figured it out yet if so, and if not that would be a nice feature to add at some point.

Can't zoom in and out, turns out it'd be a touch one to implement with the current system (according to the coders).

As for those links, we'll get some new links up soon since you guys have pounded the ImageShack servers into submission
