Feature request

I just ended my first game (beginner on medium) and after that, I must say, that the game fullfills every dream of mine. WONDERFUL JOB DONE THERE!

I do have a couple suggestions for the game to make it even better:
- Diplomacy:
- - the abiltiy decline a enemy player to surrender to you (yes, evil!)
- - the ability to encourage the enemy to surrender to you (the AI can already do that "in words")

- Victory conditions:
- - the ability to remove victory conditions in game. As my game progressed I really wanted to wipe out the other fleets, but I once barely avoided alliance victory (luckily one can break the alliances) and the second time I won cultural (I did not know how to evade that in-game). One might not know from the beginning if one wants to "mop up". But having fleets of huge ships with more than hundred attack points in every category and more than 500 hitpoints combined makes spectacular battles

- Endgame screenshots:
- - the ability to let the game dump screenshots from all the end game screens, auto-named in a folder, for easy zipping up and bragging

Agree with all the points except the one noted by Citizen Yellow Sign , victory conditions shopuld be controlable but only in new game setup.

yes, make the choices at the start of each game. when you pick your civ, and bonuses etc. you also choose which type of victories you want to go for, if you just want to annhilate everyone choose just that condition. i think that would be a very good idea

maby if you can decline victory? if you win by cultural victory, and you get popup window "you have won by cultural victory, end game? yes/no", so if you click "no", you get the chance to mop up...

I must say, I hadn't thought through the other aspect of the AI's winning (will never happen to me )... but I also really love the "accept/decline" victory (which is essentially what I wanted) - Maybe even a choice "Dump stats (pictures as in original post) and continue".

Victory contitions can already be configured when you start a new game. Just uncheck the ones you don't want available on the galaxy configuration page. This has been the case since the middle betas...
