Frequent exception error CTD

Getting the same exception error over and over. Happens between 15 - 45 minutes or so.

AppName: galciv2.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.1 ModName: galciv2.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 00014d85

Same offset everytime, if posting the full exception report will help I'll copy it next time.
