Bonus Pack

Hi,

because I'm from Germany I've updated the game this morning. Everything worked smoothly. After work I'll try my first game.
I've started the game to check if everything works so I saw the label "Bonus Pack" besides the version number on the title screen. I've heard several things about a special version but my question: What is the service pack all about? What does it add to my game other customers don't have?

Noticed. But what's in that BonusPack? More campaigns? More movies? More what?

Yeah, the only problem with the digital download is that you guys never actually got to play 1.0, so the bonus pack dosent really stick out.

New Features and Content Include...
-Buttons on the Negotiations Window to cycle through other Aliens to Trade with
-New Jewelry for Ship Designs (12 New Peices IIRC)
-A new large hull for the Humans, ALtarians and Yor
-New Maps and Scenerios
-15 New player Logos to choose from
-You can now type in the $$ you want to trade with another race in the Negotiations WIndow
-A bunch of other little things, but I'm not at the office right now so I can't remember them without the white-board

Holy buhjeezus. Those 2 additions to the trade screen are huge. Thank you!

Oh and for those familiar with the beta/gamma... you now have to pump some money into espionage in order to get access to the basic stats from the Foreign Relations -> Stats screen. (the ones that listed like their economy bonus %.. or what they are researching.... or how many planets they have...etc)

Yay. One step closer to a useful espionage system.

after you download the bonus pack it automatically installs on your galciv2 directory or you need to move the bonus pack folder in the right folder of gc2? if the bonus pack is automatically installed there is anyway where i can save the content in a folder ?

mavx: yes, the espionage thing was also added...thanks

mario: you can move some of the content into a folder (jewelry, hulls, icons) but alot of the data is built into the core folders, so moving it may be a PITA sorry man

Doh, I didn't even realize you could type in the money now. That'll be very useful.

I thought under Beta5 they were giving way to much info without espionage. This is a good change!
