Please let the game become more transparent...

I had an improvement on one planet for culture buidlings....but what are culutre buildings I've found no way to find out, what to build best on this field...

Culture bonus tiles are best for building influence-generating improvements, such as the Embassy and its various upgrades. These improvements amplify the influence your planet generates, thus causing all sorts of nice things like larger 'borders' on the map, more tourism income, etc.

Culture and Influence are interchangeable terms in GC2.
