That can change quickly! I recently posted my 2nd Metaverse game which scored 99500 bringing my score and ranking to 117184 and 45, respectfully. I'm thinking of leaving The Overmind for either The Galactic Diplomats or the B.C. Space Orcas. If I chose the B.C. Space Orcas then they will move to 1st place with a score of 4276811. My first choice is The Galactic Diplomats because I like Darth Griffin (a veteran of GalCiv since 2003!) and what he has done with the The Galactic Core">Link. I have been playing GalCiv2 since Dec. 2005 (I was one of the beta testers) and I have been active on the forums ever since! All I ask for securing The Galactic Diplomats hold on their #1 spot is for Darth Griffin to make me a Senator, as I currently hold that title in The Overmind. So Darth Griffin what say you to my proposal?

Stupid forum software! I get "Access Denied - You do not have access to the requested area/page." when I try to edit my post above to fix the messed up links (not parsed correctly by the forum software).

Drop by the Core and post some more there - always a good place to post tips and ideas, game descriptions, etc. If you join the Diplos, there is a private section for them to post any details they don't want to share with other empires.

Tried to post as Ming The Merciless by making him the default.
Got his medals and stats, but Vulcan's avatar.

I believe that avatar will follow you regardless of the character...I have noticed the same with Magnum. Perhaps it is the MV's way of allowing us to see who's who without clicking on the profile's all the time?
