I've seen a few Galactic Diplomats floating around the forums that I haven't seen in a while. I just wanted to say welcome back and be sure to check in over at our private forums on The Galactic Core if you have some spare web browsing time. There are some interesting things in our back threads.

I just had to make a new post to see my shiny new third place medal. I had to dust it off a bit, but I'm sure Mag could have it back in an instant if he chose to post another game.

Also for the moment I'm #1 in the AltMeta All-Universal category but that's sure to last all of 5 or 10 minutes. However, it's nice while it lasts.

That is as good a reason as any to post and better than most....

I was #1 in the AltMeta all category all of yesterday evening, until I got bumped by someone today. Can't imagine who?!? Of course I needed to reply to show of my recently refreshed Gold medal!

Another post and you might just be taking your turn holding the gold! Assuming Mag remains on sabbatical.

hi everyone! Purge invited me into the empire earlier today, and i accepted. good to see some familiar faces (or avatars, as the case may be).

i'll be using my character "nikonoclasm." of course, first i need to find the time to play another MV game lol.

I have been in the empire for a year now. And also I just got a suicidal in but still my top score for a game is 20000... Soon I am going to figure it out to get those nice juice high scores lol.

You should stop by the Galactic Core and register. Then you can send a PM to Purge or myself (or any of the admin's) to get yourself access to our private forums. We have a number of discussions about various strategies that can be helpful.

Although there are certainly some "tricks" that most everyone knows and uses, what is of more use are what I would consider "building a foundation" strategies that involve gaining more of the galaxy's critical resources at an earlier stage of the game so that your game can reach it's true potential.

I actually can't do this....I've just been sending people to Technican for this as he is on pretty much everyday.

I suspect that we, collectively, have done as much or more analysis in our private forums on maximizing points as anyone else as well.

Yes, neither can I directly. In my case I simply put in a request in the moderators forum. But you and I are probably the most recognizable names for folks to contact regarding access to the Diplomats private forum in the likely case that someone new to the Core may not know enough to ask Tech, Damoose or any of the other Admins.

Can't argue with that. So long as we get them access!

Hail fellow Diplomats. Dusted off the BHEs and started a new large/Abundant. Tring to get Kaleb back into the top ten in class in the AlMeta, back in the top 25 on the official meta, and most of all help keep the Diplomats Number One!
