Installation Error

I just purchased the electronic pre-order. I went to settings-tools in SDCentral and uploaded by serial number. However whenever I try to install the game I get the following error:

Error: Failed to validate your subscription or account information.
Result: Installation failed (9)

Is there a waiting period before the software recognizes my purchase?

did you input your serial number or your order confirmation number? You get an order confirmation number right after you pay, but you dont get your serial number right away. On GC1 I got it about a half hour later, on GC2 I got it a month later because the game wasnt out yet. You should get a serial number in an email from stardock soon if you havent already. If you put your confirmation number in that wont work. It is only so that you can prove you paid and stardock is verifying they have your order.

It was the serial number i inputted. However when I restarted SDC it start updating again. I thought it had before, but apparently it lied to me Will try again shortly.

Update: Installation seems to be going smoothly now.
