Problem with Stardock (I think)

I preordered the game for download, then recived an email with my order ID. So I downlodaed stardock software and when I launched I saw nothing in the "Purchased" section.

I tried adding my purchase using Stardock and the order number I was sent and got an error.

Am I using the incorrect ID or something? Will I get a real number in an email. Please help as I am a bit confused (first time buying a soft copy)

You'll get a cd-key (temporary if you ordered a box, permanent if you got download-only version) when the game is made available for downloading. The order number is not a CD Key, just a reference code for your transaction.

Stardock has stated that most of the game will be available for preloading next week (to reduce server strain from the huge downloads), with the actual program itself becoming available on the 21st, release day.
